2003-2004 Bargaining Proposals

UFF Proposals on specific articles will be posted on this website following their public presentation to the BOT Negotiating Team at a collective bargaining session.  Once formal written proposals have been submitted from both sides on an issue, the BOT Proposals will be posted on this website alongside the UFF Proposals on the same articles.

The text of individual articles of the 2001-2003 Board of Regents/United Faculty of Florida Collective Bargaining Agreement will also be provided alongside the proposals from UFF and the BOT regarding those articles.

Articles shown in red indicate a "Tentative Agreement" or "TA" has been reached. A "Tentative Agreement" means that both parties agree on contract language for that article.
