Economic (Salary) Gains through Collective Bargaining



2004-2005

  • 2% across-the-board increase
  • 1% defined merit pool
  • 1% market equity pool
  • 9% promotion increases

  • increased summer teaching from 11% to 12.5% per 3-hour course
